One of the things I will be regularly updating is Food Preparation, Cookery and Serving of all different types of food. I have just converted an area into an outdoor kitchen with 3 main cooking appliances, a Charcoal Barbecue, Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Electric Grill and a Pro Q Cold Smoker.
I am based in South Wales, UK and so the weather is sometimes a problem in cooking outdoors, although I have converted an old fishing umbrella to shelter me.
